Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement

This template provides a straight-forward unilateral non-disclosure agreement (NDA) under which a party (the discloser) can provide confidential information to another party (the recipient). Unilateral NDA:s are useful in a situation where only one of the parties will be providing confidential information and therefore would be unwarranted to have mutual confidentiality obligations.
