We support multiple integrations in the Avokaado workspace, a good portion of these integrations are with HRIS systems. One of the more popular ones is the integration with BambooHR.
It is catered to drafting employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and any other cases that are relevant to your company’s people operations.
The value lies in getting parties and data transferred swiftly from one system to another and back without doing obvious and repeating actions from the HR manager.
The configuration allows the connection of data fields from BambooHR to variables in Avokaado which will be used to draft a contract. Additionally, users can set which collaborators are to be added to the created contract. They can be people who are always the same, like high-level managers/CEOs who either approve and/or sign each employment contract or accounts that should be viewers in the documents so they can be made aware of the new employment and so on. Furthermore, you can pull in collaborators from Bamboo, like the person who is being hired and/or their direct manager, people who usually are different in each contract. No need to copy and paste emails and send notifications manually - Avokaado has the whole support for this. This all needs to be configured only once and after this, you can generate a document with a few clicks each time you need to document any alteration relating to employment.
In addition, you can set the created contract to be posted back into BambooHR under the employee to have data retention assured and ensure people who need to view the document at any given time do not need to navigate to Avokaado.
Once the configuration is set up it can be used by any roles in Avokaado that have drafting rights. You can follow the integration with our automatic actions, you can set an automatic name rule which accommodates your naming conventions and registry standards. The document can be set to move automatically throughout its lifecycle, meaning when the drafting part is done it will move to approvals from there to signing, and finally to done without any extra actions from the HR personnel. Although some clients might enjoy the control they're given with the manual workflow - Avokaado can accommodate for any level of compliance. Furthermore, users can set the created document with its status to trigger any additional contracts, like privacy notices, company policies or others to be created once the employee’s hiring process is complete.
